Who are we?
NovaWay is a commercial practice firm established in 2012. It trains students to introduce them to working life by offering weeks of internships in immersion.
At NovaWay, trainees are immersed in the centre of professional activity, working there like real employees, interacting with other business practice firms. In addition to learning about appropriate behaviour in the professional world, trainees gain experience and ability in the sectors in which they will be assigned.
NovaWay's main objective is that each of the trainee employees feels comfortable in their work and their group so that they can always give their best. We hope that through their efforts they will be able to continuously develop the company.
Who are we?
All located in Switzerland. But our company doesn't stop there, it also collaborates with the other 7,500 practice firms around the world.
